Eugene Korolev is the culinary mind behind Sino. Born in Dnipro in eastern Ukraine, he brings both technical mastery and profound depth to his cooking — shaped by a career that has taken him through some of Europe's most celebrated kitchens, including Michelin-starred Vendôme (**) near Cologne, Atelier Amaro (*) in Warsaw, and Benoit in Paris (*).
At Sino, Eugene's dishes are a reflection of everything he's carried with him: discipline, emotion, history, and an enduring love for the craft of cooking.
Nested inside you'll find our experimental bar; where Ana Reznik translates childhood memories into avant‑garde creations crafted with molecular techniques—spherification, gelification, and pressed‑oil infusions.
