Inspired by heritage, memory, and a deep love of sharing plates — SINO reinterprets familiar flavours through a modern lens
A Taste of Ukraine in Notting Hill
Nestled on All Saints Road, Sino offers a fresh take on Ukrainian dining — inspired by heritage, memory, and the joy of sharing food.
At Sino, familiar flavours are reimagined through a modern lens, where tradition meets thoughtful creativity to create dishes that feel both nostalgic and new.
To Share, Taste, Remember
Our menu is a contemporary interpretation of Ukrainian culinary traditions, blending time-honoured flavours with modern technique.
Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to honour its origins while inviting you to experience familiar tastes in surprising ways.
By Chef Eugene Korolev
Eugene Korolev is the culinary mind behind Sino. Born in Dnipro in eastern Ukraine, he brings both technical mastery and profound depth to his cooking — shaped by a career that has taken him through some of Europe’s most celebrated kitchens, including Michelin-starred Vendôme (∗∗) near Cologne, Atelier Amaro (∗) in Warsaw, and Benoit in Paris (∗).
At Sino, Eugene’s dishes are a reflection of everything he’s carried with him: discipline, emotion, history, and an enduring love for the craft of cooking.

Cocktails & Memories
Nested inside you'll find our experimental bar; where Ana Reznik translates childhood memories into avant‑garde serves using molecular techniques—spherification, gelification, and pressed‑oil infusions.
The Art of Wine
Our cellar spans the unexpected and the iconic—from vibrant Ukrainian Rkatsiteli to artisanal grower Champagne—simply ask for something curious.
We place special emphasis on contrasting pioneering Ukrainian varietals with benchmark Old-World terroirs.
